Purpose-Driven ExerciseTM is different from common forms of exercise and recreation in that it requires total focus, perfect form, and concentrated effort. It can only happen:





When all these factors are combined, you achieve an effect on your body that will stimulate it to improve while performing a minimal amount of exercise. Because of this effectiveness, once learned, you will only perform it once every 7-10 days.

Once you have demanded that your body change, you then must supply it with Purpose-Driven NutritionTM to support the changes while altering your body’s hormonal balance to allow for effortless fat loss.

You’ll lose that “constantly tired” feeling associated with middle-age while getting leaner and stronger every week.

Note that I wrote the words “teach” and “learn.” I consider myself an exercise and nutrition instructor. This is an important distinction. You are not here to merely go through the motions of exercise like a dog at obedience school. You will learn:

How your body has changed.

The impact of those changes on the way you look and feel.

How those changes can be minimized or reversed.

Why my solutions work if executed consistently by men and women.

And much, much, more.

Armed with a fundamental knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and the middle-aged body, you are no longer susceptible to the absolutely crazy things that are being said, done (I've met a few people who said they do hours of "cardio" a night. Sorry, that's just not rational behavior.), and sold in the name of health and fitness.

You are 100% responsible for your own life, health, and happiness. It's your responsibility to prevent yourself from ever becoming "a burden" to your spouse, your children, and your friends. Refuse to become one of the herd lumbering off into old-age fat, tired, aching, and on medications. Read, think, inquire, and judge for yourself, but most importantly, TAKE ACTION!

      Because knowing and doing are very different things, and often when doing something you've never done before, you need help.

      I've been talking about learning to play the guitar for a long time. I borrowed an old guitar, bought an "instructional book with DVD" and have a son who is an outstanding guitar player. I learned which string was the "E"string, "G"string, etc. I learned how to hold a pick. How to hold the guitar. However, all that "knowing" and the three resources combined equaled learning nothing about how to play music! Another year passed-by and I still couldn't play.

     It wasn't until I started taking lessons with an adult instructor that I began to learn how to play the guitar and make progress. I'm not a "natural" as my son is. Had I not gotten the instructor, playing the guitar would have been yet another unrealized dream. The instructor helped me with organizing my practice time, showed and told me helpful things that weren't in my book, corrected things I was doing wrong, and most importantly created a sense of accountability for practicing and improving so that each time I meet with him, I'm better than I was before.

     Intellectually "knowing" this health and fitness stuff is good, but implementing and benefiting from the knowledge takes some help and accountability.

Don't let another year pass by without realizing your health and fitness goals. Every day, week, month, or year you put it off makes it harder and harder to achieve. At some point, you simply won't.

Are you are looking to regain the body, the strength, the confidence, the health, and the energy that you once had? If you are, you're in the right place. You’ll find that our site is going to be different from most slick-looking, entertaining, search-engined-optimized,“professional” fitness industry sites because the sole-purpose of this site is to convince you that it is “safe” and worth your time to come into our studio and sample our program.

That's because the difference between what we do and what the rest of the fitness industry does is so "IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE." different, that you really can’t “get it” by reading about it or watching a video of it.
