No one does what we do.

Sorry, that's just not rational behavior.), and sold in the name of health and fitness.
You are 100% responsible for your own life, health, and happiness. It's your responsibility to prevent yourself from ever becoming "a burden" to your spouse, your children, and your friends. Refuse to become one of the herd lumbering off into old-age fat, tired, aching, and on medications. Read, think, inquire, and judge for yourself, but most importantly, TAKE ACTION!
Because knowing and doing are very different things, and often when doing something you've never done before, you need help.
I've been talking about learning to play the guitar for a long time. I borrowed an old guitar, bought an "instructional book with DVD" and have a son who is an outstanding guitar player. I learned which string was the "E"string, "G"string, etc. I learned how to hold a pick. How to hold the guitar. However, all that "knowing" and the three resources combined equaled learning nothing about how to play music! Another year passed-by and I still couldn't play.
